Day 1:
Sorrento, Italy. Benvenuto! Arrive in Sorrento (the nearest airport is Naples). Time to relax or to begin exploring this beautiful resort town on the Gulf of Naples. Your Local Host provides you with a Destination Guide, full of useful city information, and is on hand to help you create lasting memories.

Day 2:
Sorrento. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation: walk through the OLD TOWN to see the 14th-century Sedil Dominova building, the ancient Bell Tower, and St. Antonino Church, dedicated to Sorrento’s patron saint. (B)

Day 3:
Sorrento. Full day at leisure to enjoy the picturesque city of lemon groves. (B)

Day 4:
Sorrento-Rome. This morning, travel by high-speed EUROSTAR TRAIN (first-class) to Rome, arriving in the early afternoon. (B)

Day 5:
Rome. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation with headset: visit the VATICAN MUSEUMS and SISTINE CHAPEL; ST. PETER’S SQUARE and BASILICA; the COLOSSEUM; and the ROMAN FORUM. (B)

Day 6:
Rome. Full day at leisure to enjoy the “Eternal City.” (B)

Day 7:
Rome-Florence. Transfer to the high-speed EUROSTAR TRAIN (first-class), arriving late morning. (B)

Day 8:
Florence. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation with headset: visit the ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS with Michelangelo’s original David. Walk through Cathedral Square, sculpture-studded Piazza della Signoria, and Santa Croce Square. Also admire medieval Ponte Vecchio. (B)

Day 9:
Florence. Full day to enjoy the atmosphere of this splendid Renaissance city. (B)

Day 10:
Florence-Venice. Morning transfer to the high-speed EUROSTAR TRAIN (first-class); afternoon arrival at your Venice hotel. (B)

Day 11:
