Le Ponant is a
sleek sailing / power yacht with breathtaking lines, a casual
ambiance and comfortable appointments. An enthusiastic, friendly
young French staff of 30 serves 60 discerning guests who
appreciate the companionship and intimacy offered by small-ship
cruising.
Le Ponant is ideal for itineraries in the Mediterranean. Her
glistening sails add excitement to the day, and given favorable
winds, offer silent cruising for restful nights. In addition, they
provide good stability under both sail and power.
Breakfasts and luncheons are offered buffet style on canopied
decks. Dinner includes appetizer, choice of three entrees, and
dessert.
After dinner, enjoy piano music and converse with fellow guests in
the lounge. Smaller ships don't have Las Vegas-style
entertainment. Instead, our Tour Directors broaden your horizons
with daily talks. The full-service bar is always available, day
and evening.
